Your tasks:
- Independent identification and subsequent rectification of mechanical and electrical faults at the customer's site.
- Repairs, maintenance and, if necessary, conversions on ENDURA machines
- Error analysis and correction of control problems on Siemens, Heidenhain and Fidia machines
- Geometry measurement and alignment of axes and milling heads, using modern measuring equipment
- Carrying out maintenance training
- Supporting and advising end customers on technical issues
Your profile:
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic / electronics technician / mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification.
- Relevant professional experience in machine tool building (mechanics, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics), especially in the field of milling machines, as well as in service field service
- Sound knowledge of at least one NC control system
- PC knowledge
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel, also to longer stays in the USA
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of diligence and flexibility
- Competent and customer-friendly appearance, strong contact and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team, resilience and commitment

Job Description:
- Define and establish organizational policies, translating the company’s vision, mission, and long-term goals into actionable strategies and measurable objectives.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of the organization’s overall business strategy, overseeing all operational, sales, service, and administrative functions.
- Solicit, incorporate, and act on strategic guidance from the board of directors to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive business plans covering sales, service, market expansion, staffing, and capital investments.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics, analyzing key indicators to evaluate progress toward achieving organizational targets.
- Represent the cAnzeigenompany at industry trade shows, conferences, and association events throughout the Americas (including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil) to promote brand presence and develop business relationships.
- Direct the preparation and management of annual budgets in collaboration with the board of directors, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including service and spare parts, sales, administration, legal affairs, and human resources, ensuring cross-functional coordination and operational excellence.
- Serve as the company’s primary representative in high-level interactions with customers, dealers, vendors, and strategic partners.
* Telecommuting permitted 1 day per week. Reports to headquarters in Shelby Township, Michigan.
* This position supervises 7 direct reports, 3 service engineers, 2 sales managers, an administrative assistant, and a controller.
Minimum Qualifications:
Position requires 3 years’ of related experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills:
- Managing sales and service accounts within the machine tool industry, including developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and overseeing service departmetns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing relationships with a network of dealers and vendors specific to the machine tool industry, including negotiating contracts, ensuring proudct availability, and fostering in mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborating with engineers on design reviews, includign providing insights on how design choices impact the efficiency and feasibility of manufacturing a part with machine tools.
- Installing and servicing complex 5-axis gantry style milling machines, including diagnosing and troubleshooting common issues faced by customers.
- Performing precise alignments to ensure machine accuracy and optimal performance.
- Operating and programming CNC machines equipped with Heidenhain and Siemens controls, including utilizing CNC controls to their full potential for varoius machining applications and training machine operators in CNC programming and safe machine operations.
Work Location: 14320 Industrial Center Dr., Shelby Township, MI 48315, telecommuting permitted 1 day per week. Reports to headquarters in Shelby Township, MI.
Travel: Position requires 30% domestic and international travel.
Hours of work: Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

collaborative environment. We are seeking a versatile, self-starting professional to lead our financial operations and administrative backbone in Michigan.
The Role
As the Finance & Administration Manager, you will serve as the "Financial & Operational Anchor" of our U.S. office. This is a high-autonomy position where you will independently manage everything from high-level financial reporting for our global leadership to the essential administration of employee benefits and company insurance. This role offers significant autonomy and ownership across finance and administration
functions within a lean and highly collaborative organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Controller & Accounting Lead
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all bookkeeping, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations with total accuracy.
- Global Reporting: Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements; deliver clear financial analysis and reporting packages to both the local CEO and the CFO of our German headquarters.
- Tax & Compliance: Oversee sales tax nexus and property taxes, and coordinate with external CPAs for annual filings.
- Internal Controls: Maintain and improve financial protocols to safeguard subsidiary assets and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Project & Service Profitability Analysis: Monitor and analyze the profitability of machine sales, service projects, spare parts, and support activities to provide management with clear visibility into financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Forecasting & Budget Planning: Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and annual budget planning to support strategic decision-making for both FOOKE USA and headquarters management.
2. Payroll & HR Operations
- Payroll: Execute bi-weekly payroll for our 10-person team, ensuring compliance with Michigan and Federal regulations.
- Benefits Admin: Manage the enrollment and administration of our medical, dental, and vision plans.
- 401(k) Oversight: Serve as the primary administrator for the company retirement plan, ensuring compliance and timely contributions.
3. Insurance & Risk Management
- Portfolio Ownership: Proactively manage all company insurance policies, including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Comp, and Property Insurance.
- Renewals & Negotiation: Lead the annual renewal process, working with brokers to secure competitive rates and optimal coverage.
- Claims: Act as the primary point of contact for filing and managing insurance claims efficiently.
4. Operational Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with administrative, engineering and sales colleagues to maintain a professional, organized, and efficient office environment.
- Support facility operations and manage local vendor relationships to ensure smooth daily business activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a “Full-Charge” Accounting, Finance Manager, or Controller role, preferably within a technical, industrial, service, project-based, or manufacturing-related environment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively across time zones and cultures, providing transparent reporting to headquarters.
- Solo-Expertise: A proven "self-starter" who is comfortable being the sole subject matter expert for Finance and HR.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Performance Bonus: Annual bonus potential based on financial accuracy and operational excellence.
